  1. Put the biscuit in a grinder jar, close the lid and grind it - biscuit powder is ready
  2. In a mixing bowl add biscuit powder, baking powder, and milk. Make a batter.
  3. Grease the mold or bowl with oil or ghee. Pour the batter.
  4. Preheat kadai for 10 minutes at low flame. - Then set the cake mold in kadai and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in low flame.
  5. After 35 minutes open the lid and check the cake by a toothpick. If it will come clear then your cake is ready, if it doesn't come clear then bake for 5-7 minutes more.
  6. In a bowl add 1 cup whipping cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and beat until stiff peak.
  7. Cool completely then de-mold the cake
